Although I know it’s a little late to be posting these photos, the point here is, to show you the magic I can capture in 15 minutes or less. My 2021 Christmas Minis were absolutely incredible. I had a wonderful time shooting photos of more than 60 families and I sold out every single weekend at Mint Room Studios and Preto Loft. More surprisingly, I sold more than 80% of my sessions by late September.
And, I’ll admit some parents are initially reluctant about booking minis because they’re only 15 minutes and they believe their children might need more time to adjust. Well… I can assure you, that 15 minutes is more than enough time to get several exquisite and candid photos of each family, so they can select 10 or more images at an unbeatable price.
Now, for the exciting part, what’s included in a seasonal mini session?
For $200+HST you’ll receive:
- 15 minutes in-studio shooting.
- 10 professionally edited photos of your choice, which includes family, sibling, and individual kid/baby photos. Additional photos can be purchased for $15+HST each.
I also get asked a lot about why it costs $200+HST for just 15 minutes of shooting.
- The price of minis covers the overhead costs, which includes the studio rental fees, my insurance/equipment costs, my time editing your photos, and mileage to drive to and from the photoshoot – which makes any photographer dedicate way more than 15 minutes to your session.

P.S. I offer minis four times per year (I shoot minis when I can work with a minimum of 3 families per hour). I no longer provide half sessions and only offer regular one hour sessions that start at $495+HST.
